Michael's Regenerative Detoxification has been incredibly helpful in learning and understanding why detox is important, how to detox, what foods to combine with what, when to eat, and how to deepen the detoxication experience with dry brushing and enemas. Before this, I was clueless on how to actually detox. I didn't know the harm that could be done by parasites, worms, heavy metals, plastics, pollution, and pesticides. Michael's approach is easeful and gentle, as not to overload the body all at once. He helped me to specifically focus on the healing of my kidneys and adrenals and the group support encouraged me to stay focused and disciplined. Thank you so much Michael for you support.
